The National Wood Flooring Association needed a solution to improve the web presence of their annual convention/expo and improve the efficiency and profitability of booth sales and event management processes.

Solution:

NWFA selected a2z software to manage and market their annual meeting/expo. The staff and exhibitors can use the web-based system with automated floor plan management. The real-time access to priority points and exhibitor information accelerates and streamlines booth sales and show guide printing. Delays previously caused by mailing printed brochures and contracts, placing multiple phone calls and waiting for faxes have been all but eliminated.
